1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the bd bji platform and all its services. By registering on bd bji or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

In these Terms, "user", "you", or "member" refers to any person who accesses or uses the bd bji website, mobile app, or any related service. "Platform" or "service" refers to all casino, sports betting, and other entertainment services operated by bd bji.

These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users residing in Bangladesh. If you disagree with any term, please stop using the platform immediately.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Registration Eligibility

To open an account on bd bji, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh and have a valid mobile number registered in your own name.
• You may only have one account — the same person cannot operate multiple accounts.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and up to date.

2.2 Registration Process

During registration, the user must provide an active mobile number, a valid email address, and a strong password. Once registration is complete, the mobile number must be confirmed via OTP verification. bd bji reserves the right to immediately close any account registered with false information.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Multiple accounts linked to the same device, IP address, or identity document are prohibited. If this condition is violated, the balance from all related accounts will be forfeited and those accounts will be closed.

3 Account Verification and Security

3.1 KYC Verification Process

bd bji follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to ensure safe and transparent services. Before a withdrawal request or upon exceeding certain transaction limits, users may be asked to submit the following documents:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport.
• Mobile banking account confirmation document.
• Bank account statement if required.

3.2 Responsibility for Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. Do not share your login details with any third party. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify bd bji support immediately. bd bji will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access, unless it is proven that the loss was caused by bd bji's own failure.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

bd bji currently accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.

Deposited funds will only be accepted from a payment account registered in the name of the relevant user. Deposits sent from third-party accounts are not accepted and the funds will be returned in such cases.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawal requests may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.

4.3 Transaction Responsibility

The user is responsible for any loss resulting from a transaction made with incorrect information. bd bji is not liable for failures by third-party payment gateways, but our support team is always ready to assist with such issues.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on bd bji will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To withdraw this bonus, a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount must be met.

For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000. To withdraw the bonus, you must complete ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 in wagering.

5.2 Regular Promotional Offers

In addition to the welcome bonus, bd bji offers the following promotional offers:

• Weekly bd bji Reload: 50% bonus on any weekly deposit, up to ৳10,000, 15x wagering, minimum deposit ৳500.
• bd bji Slots Festival: 30% bonus on slot game deposits, up to ৳5,000, 20x wagering, minimum deposit ৳500.
• Birthday bd bji Gift: Verified members can receive up to ৳2,000 as a reward during their birthday month each year, 10x wagering.
• Refer a Friend bd bji Win: Up to ৳1,500 reward for each successful referral, 10x wagering.
• Monday Fresh Start Bonus: 25% bonus on one deposit every Monday, up to ৳4,000, 12x wagering, minimum deposit ৳500.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Another promotion cannot be activated while one promotion is already active.
• Withdrawing while bonus wagering is in progress will cancel the active bonus.
• bd bji reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer.
• If misuse of bonus benefits is suspected, the account may be subject to investigation.

6 Casino and Betting Service Terms

6.1 Game Rules

Each game on bd bji has its own rules, set by the relevant game provider. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or a live dealer. The RTP (Return to Player) rate for each game is provided based on information published by the relevant game provider.

6.2 Sports Betting

In sports betting, the final settlement of any bet will be based on the official result of the relevant sports authority (such as ICC or the BPL Committee). If a match is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, the relevant betting rules will apply.

6.3 Technical Failures

If any game or bet is left incomplete due to a server outage, internet disconnection, or any other technical issue, bd bji may either void the bet and return the stake, or settle it according to technical records.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd bji platform:

• Registering using another person's identity or providing false information.
• Using any software, bot, or automation tool to play games or place bets.
• Creating multiple accounts to unfairly claim bonus benefits.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing other members or bd bji staff.
• Using the platform for payment fraud or money laundering.
• Exploiting any technical error or vulnerability in a game.
• Placing bets or playing games using third-party funds.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 bd bji's Rights

If there is sufficient reason, bd bji may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice. This includes: rule violations, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification, or financial irregularities.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Any member may close their account by contacting bd bji support. Before closure, the member will be given the opportunity to withdraw all valid balances, but any active bonuses will be cancelled.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

If there are no transactions for 12 consecutive months, the account will be considered inactive. To reactivate an inactive account, please contact bd bji support.

9 Limitation of Liability

bd bji makes every effort to provide uninterrupted service, but liability is limited in the following cases:

• If service is disrupted due to natural disasters, power outages, or internet service failures.
• If any loss occurs due to a software error from a third-party game provider.
• If loss occurs due to issues with the user's own device or internet connection.
• If the outcome of any game does not meet the user's expectations.

10 Dispute Resolution

10.1 Filing a Complaint

10.2 Resolution Timeline

Once the investigation is complete, the decision of bd bji's authority will be considered final. bd bji always follows a fair and impartial process in resolving disputes.

11 Changes to Terms

bd bji reserves the right to partially or fully change these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated date will be noted on the website and a notification may be sent to the registered email address.

Continued use of the service after changes are published will be taken as your agreement to the new terms. It is therefore a good habit to read this page before each visit.
